Key responsibilities: • Commercial property sales and business development representation • Land sales and business development representation • Real estate marketing planning and execution • Real estate market data collection and analysis • Property title investigation and site surveys • Client relationship management
Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities • Working knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance • Proven experience in real estate market research • Demonstrated proficiency in preparing real estate appraisal reports • Solid capabilities in real estate analysis and data collection
