As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Sportsbook experience. This isn't just about creating beautiful interfaces, it's about driving innovation, solving complex design challenges, and setting the standard for how millions of users engage with sports betting. You will partner with product leaders, engineers, and analysts to bring bold ideas to life, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, intuitive, and engaging for both first-time players and seasoned bettors.

What you will do:

1. Lead end-to-end design of web and mobile Sportsbook products, from concept to launch.
2. Collaborate strategically with product managers and engineers to define requirements, user journeys, and design priorities.
3. Turn insights into action by conducting research, analyzing behavior, and leveraging data to optimize usability and engagement.
4. Create and champion design assets from wireframes and prototypes to polished UI, while ensuring alignment with our brand and vision.
5. Partner closely with developers to bring your designs to life with precision and excellence.
6. Drive iteration and improvement through feedback, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
7. Evolve our design system and establish patterns that maintain consistency and scalability across platforms.
8. Stay ahead of the game, monitoring industry trends, competitor experiences, and emerging UX best practices to keep us at the forefront of sports betting innovation.
