The Product Owner is innovative and experienced and has proven outcomes in delivering consumer-focused web and native mobile products and services to provide an intensely positive and personalized integrated experience for our consumers and patients while streamlining operational, clinical and administrative workflows. This position is responsible for innovating, prioritizing and delivering some of CommonSpirit Health's most strategic initiatives.
This person partners with key subject matter experts throughout the organization to provide vision, guidance and daily direction for development and integration efforts for portions of our portfolio of consumer facing digital products which provide the ability to engage digitally with CommonSpirit Health. The portfolio spans the holistic journey of our consumers and patients through our integrated Digital Front Door while considering the needs and usability of our staff and clinical teams. This portfolio of work continues to grow and this role will be critical for successful delivery of value to CommonSpirit Health.
Ultimately responsible for technical success of product
Decides what features are required for product and order in which they will be delivered based on outcomes desired
Writes requirements based on definitions of product readiness / product completeness
Defines user product criteria to satisfy through development
Coordinates hiring and staffing of product teams
Coordinates work between technical and business talent
Manages engagement with technical stakeholders as needed
Plans sprints
Delivers business results (agrees to specific and measurable KPIs)
Delivers quality products
Measures and continually improves user satisfaction (patient, clinical teams, operations, marketing, etc) and product performance
Ensures adoption of products through various methods
Removes roadblocks
Provides approval of delivered functionality for production
Work on the OneConnect program to help facilitate enterprise expansion and maintain existing application protocols.
