Region Manager Brand Marketing - South Region

The Manager, Marketing Creative and Brand for the South Region plays a pivotal role in one of the most significant brand transformations in healthcare today. As part of CommonSpirit Health's national rebranding initiative, this leader will bring a unified system name, visual identity, and brand presence to life across all care sites and communications within the South Region. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a brand is experienced by patients, providers, and communities alike.

This strategic and creative leader will guide a regional implementation team through a high-impact rollout. The Manager is responsible for ensuring thoughtful, localized execution of the brand across all touchpoints—from signage and digital platforms to internal culture and patient communications. This role serves as a vital connector between national vision and local delivery, advancing brand unification, ensuring creative excellence, and preparing the region for successful, system-wide brand integration.

Partner closely with the System Brand team to ensure national strategies are effectively translated into localized creative solutions that maintain brand cohesion. Provide input on templates, playbooks, and training resources to empower regional teams with the tools they need to deliver brand-aligned work. Track and manage cross-functional work streams, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and lead issue resolution in partnership with internal and external teams. Liaise with executive and operational stakeholders across markets to support buy-in, visibility, and brand continuity across departments. Contribute creative insights and recommendations to inform evolving brand guidelines based on real-time feedback and implementation realities. Support internal campaign development and brand activation efforts to engage employees and stakeholders throughout the brand transition journey.
