We are hiring immediately for a full-time MARKETING ASSISTANT position. Address: University of Florida - Racquet Club Dining Center 114, Gainesville, FL 32611. Requirement: Must have prior marketing experience with graphic design experience. Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.
We are seeking a hospitality-minded marketing professional to partner with our dining operations team, on-site with Florida Fresh Dining at the University of Florida. Our Marketing Assistant must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to multitask on a variety of projects simultaneously. They will ensure accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors. Our Marketing Assistant is an adept communicator and is a passionate, proactive partner to the leadership team. This marketing professional primarily functions as a graphic designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on support at events, unit setup, and program implementation
- Design marketing materials for campus dining programs, including digital signage, social media graphics, posters, menus, and promotional campaigns.
- Support dining marketing and operations teams by translating promotions, events, and meal plan initiatives into clear, engaging visuals.
- Follow university brand standards while maintaining visual consistency across all dining communications.
