Chartwells K12's goal is to make sure students leave the cafeteria happier and healthier than they came in, by serving food kids love to eat and creating custom dining programs. With more than 16,000 associates in 4,500 schools, ranging from large public institutions to small charter and private schools, Chartwells K12 is built on decades of food, education and operational experience driven by top culinary, nutrition, wellness, and sustainability talent.
We're seeking an on-site Marketing & Communications Manager to drive engaging, community-focused communications that support student nutrition, wellness, and educational success across Fort Worth ISD. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and brand stewardship to strengthen connections with families, schools, and district partners.
Reporting to the District Manager, your day-to-day work will include marketing within schools by providing guidance and follow-up, managing on-site signage, partnering with the district communications team on community messaging, managing the approved digital community platform, and planning community involvement events. You'll lead marketing campaigns, support program launches and district initiatives, and manage social and print content that highlights menus, nutrition education, and program impact—helping ensure programs are consistently announced, promoted, and celebrated across the district.
