Product Manager (remote)

Job Summary

The CRM & MPower Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies for two of Compass Group's most impactful platforms: CRM and MPower. These tools support customer relationship management, member engagement, and digital marketplace workflows across diverse sectors including Culinary, Member Experience, and Procurement.

This role demands a strategic thinker with technical fluency and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex data and business needs into clear, actionable product plans that drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CRM and MPower product roadmaps based on user feedback and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to build scalable, intuitive features.
• Lead discovery and delivery of tools such as opportunity tracking, reporting dashboards, and digital handoff workflows.
• Break down complex problems into actionable plans using data-driven insights.
• Manage deployment timelines and technical dependencies across platforms.
• Ensure platform functionality aligns with compliance, data integrity, and performance standards.
• Use analytics and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and feature adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience (preferably in SaaS or enterprise platforms).
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling, forecasting, and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with member engagement, supply chain, or foodservice operations is a plus.
