Product Engagement Manager (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support and acquisition of partners in the healthcare sector, particularly doctors and medical institutions
• Design and implementation of communication and sales measures to promote and disseminate our statistics tool – in close collaboration with agencies, internal sales teams, and external partners
• Digital presentation and training of our statistics tool to partners, salespeople, and other stakeholders
• Conduct qualitative market research interviews to better understand the needs of our target group and actively contribute to the development of our product
• Interface to product management, product owner, and development team – you bring market insights, user feedback, and strategic impulses directly into the product team
• Operational customer support and handling of support requests, with the goal of ensuring high satisfaction and long-term commitment
• Participation in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for partner acquisition and market penetration

What You Bring

• Experience in partner, sales, or customer management – ideally in the healthcare sector or in the digital environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, also in training or demo situations
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., agencies, sales, product, IT)
• Structured, independent working style and a high degree of initiative
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
• Affinity for digital tools, market research, and user-centered product development
