Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the complete development of features: From research to team collaboration and validation and acceptance of user stories – you will take over the holistic development.
• Requirement management & prioritization: Take responsibility for the product backlog and prioritize requirements. As the main contact for the team, you are in charge of release planning and the product backlog.
• Sprint planning & team communication: Be the central contact for the development team, promote open communication channels, and ensure that the product vision is clear. Together, we turn challenges into opportunities and achieve our sprint goals.
• Feedback & validation: Conduct regular reviews and turn user feedback into concrete improvements. Bring in the perspective of the users and ensure that their needs and expectations are specifically integrated into the development of our product.
• Stakeholder management: Proactively maintain relationships with stakeholders from support, partner management, order processing, and other teams to recognize their requirements and expectations early on and develop goal-oriented solutions together.

What You Bring To Us

• Several years of outstanding professional experience as a product owner (m/w/d) or in a comparable position with proven experience in the development of user-centered products, ideally in the field of digital health solutions or health IT.
• Completed studies, preferably at a renowned university. However, we also value practical paths, such as a vocational training with further education to a state-certified technician.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory requirements that enable you to develop creative and innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Proven organizational talent and the ability to make strategic decisions under time pressure.
• A genuine passion for creative problem-solving combined with strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset – fluent German and English language skills are a prerequisite.
