Your contribution:

• Lead your agile development team with passion and according to the principles of Agile Product Ownership. With your commitment, you create a productive, motivating, and inspiring work environment in which creative ideas can flourish.

• You are the central pivot for our dynamic team and take on the responsibility for ticket and backlog management with passion. Your organizational talent ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• You create inspiring technical requirements and innovative concepts in exchange with the product manager, based on the principles of User-Centered Design. With foresight, you prioritize to ensure that the most valuable features are implemented first.

• You develop exciting and clearly formulated User Stories that serve as a solid basis for our development projects. Your ability to simplify and clearly present complex requirements moves our team forward.

• Accompany and take responsibility for the entire process from requirement capture to implementation, ensuring that the solutions meet the highest quality standards and all requirements.

What you bring:

• Several years of proven professional experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable position in the field of software development, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector and the telematics infrastructure.

• A completed degree or comparable training in the fields of informatics, medicine or business informatics, health management, business administration or a related field, which underscores your academic excellence.

• The ability to recognize the needs of customers, align them with regulatory requirements, and implement them in successful product strategies.

• Clear and targeted communication: Ability to present complex technical concepts in an understandable way and to work convincingly with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• A genuine passion for creative problem-solving combined with strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset. Fluent German and English language skills are required.
