Role Objective: The Change & Productivity Manager is tasked with spearheading initiatives that drive organizational transformation and optimize operational efficiencies. Within a big internet platform company, this role plays a pivotal part in evolving business processes to maintain a competitive edge.

You Will:

• Lead and manage change management processes across multiple departments to streamline operations.
• Develop and implement productivity-enhancing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and removing obstacles to productivity.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to support and guide them through transitions and changes.
• Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and data.

You Have:

• Extensive experience in change management and operational strategy within a large organization.
• A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a track record of successful change initiatives.
• Superior communication skills, able to articulate change strategies and benefits to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
