Coursedog is rapidly scaling and shaping the future of academic operations software. We're looking for a driven, execution-oriented Product Owner, Integrations to join our growing Product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact how universities integrate their core systems, ensuring a seamless data flow across the higher education ecosystem.
As a Product Owner, Integrations, you will report to the Director of Integrations and serve as a critical link between strategy and execution. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand initiative goals and strategic product priorities, then translate those into detailed integration requirements. You'll partner with the Integrations Engineering team to design and build solutions and enable Customer Success to deploy them effectively at institutions.

Higher Education Integrations Expertise: Direct experience working with one or more Student Information Systems (SIS):
Product Ownership Proficiency: 1–3 years as a Product Owner (or hybrid PO/BA) in an Agile environment, with a proven track record of backlog ownership and delivering software.
Integration Requirements Writing: Experience authoring detailed technical requirements for APIs, database integrations, and system-to-system wiring.
Agile Execution: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (backlog refinement, story writing, acceptance criteria definition, sprint execution).
Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to communicate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and institutional stakeholders.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Data-driven mindset with the ability to break down complex workflows and design clear integration solutions.
EdTech Domain Aptitude: Experience with SaaS platforms in higher education is required. Understanding of university operational workflows a plus.
