Directs site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards. Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client. Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives. Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints. Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities. Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses). Other duties as assigned.
Preferred: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum ten years industry-related experience required. Minimum five years supervisory experience required.
