Civil Design Coordinator

The Civil Design Coordinator manages and coordinates site design activities across new and existing Crew locations, serving as the primary liaison with external civil engineering consultants. This role owns the end-to-end design and review driving continuous improvement across site development and project construction. Working closely with the Real Estate and Project teams, the Civil Design Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping projects moving from concept through construction. This position reports directly to the Director of Projects.

Crew's requirements for this role:

• 2+ years of site design / plan creation experience.
• Proficient in project management and document control software, including Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to supervise and hold people accountable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and mechanical drawings and update drawings as needed.
• Ability to communicate professionally with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, internal associates and management.
