Director of Sales & Marketing

As our new Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the overall commercial strategy of the hotel—driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and building high-impact partnerships across all market segments. From setting sales direction to leading marketing initiatives, you'll play a critical role in maximizing profitability and market share.

Strategic Leadership

  • Developing and executing the hotel's overall sales & marketing strategy
  • Driving revenue across all segments: corporate, leisure, MICE, and travel trade
  • Setting budgets, forecasts, and performance targets

Key Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and stakeholders
  • Leading high-value negotiations and long-term contracts

Revenue Optimization

  • Collaborating with revenue management to optimize pricing, distribution, and inventory
  • Identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Overseeing marketing campaigns, branding, and digital presence
  • Ensuring strong visibility in local and international markets

Representation & Networking

  • Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and leadership forums
  • Strengthening the hotel's reputation and market presence

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights
  • Using data to refine sales and marketing strategies

Team Leadership

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales & marketing team
  • Driving a high-performance, target-oriented culture

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Working closely with operations, finance, and revenue teams
  • Ensuring seamless guest experience and commercial alignment

What We Need From You:

Experience

  • 8–12+ years in hotel sales & marketing
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar senior role
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market share

Skills

  • Advanced negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Deep understanding of market segmentation and distribution channels

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent (preferred)
