The role coordinates among business stakeholders, vendor partners, software development teams, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to build and maintain a comprehensive integration-focused roadmap that addresses both near-term delivery and long-term capability needs. The Sr. Manager, Sales Integrations manages the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and business case development through delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization, using agile methodologies and adjusting priorities as business and customer needs evolve. This role requires strong product judgment, program execution, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product and integration requirements. The role will also provide leadership and mentoring to Product Managers and partners as the product organization scales.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead development and execution of a Sales & Groups integration product strategy, informed by customer and stakeholder needs, market trends, vendor capabilities, and enterprise platform constraints, resulting in a prioritized roadmap of enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Identify product and integration opportunities well in advance of obsolescence; drive strategic planning and articulate clear business and functional requirements.
  • Apply domain expertise to provide product thought leadership and translate vision into actionable delivery that supports revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Drive product and integration delivery by reviewing performance, managing dependencies, and directing work across cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
  • Partner closely with Business Analysts and technical leads to source data, define requirements, and craft test plans to support data-driven decision making.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders across sales, hotels, loyalty, technology, and operations to ensure alignment on priorities and roadmap outcomes.
  • Forecast ROI, track product performance post-launch, drive adoption, and lead ongoing optimization planning.
  • Measure product and integration performance; identify performance drivers and establish ongoing monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Provide guidance on product and solution design while balancing integration, vendor, and enterprise dependencies.
  • Manage product lifecycles by continuously evaluating performance and evolving requirements to meet business needs before capability gaps emerge.
  • Communicate product roadmaps, integration plans, value propositions, and delivery status to stakeholders and leadership; provide regular updates through established governance and PMO processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, internal customer satisfaction, and delivery predictability.
  • Provide regular, audience-appropriate updates to leadership and partners.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to Product Managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Support talent development and team growth as the organization scales.
