Marketing Executive

A main responsibility is to support, assisting in Marketing manager and F&B Sales & Marketing manager to achieve the goal. A Marketing Executive works closely Marketing manager, undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company Also, to organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and customer requirements. Ensure Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

Duties and responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Responsible for PR to enhance awareness.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

Required Skills

• Good communication, writing and organizing skills.
• Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required
• Creativity and commercial awareness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, or travel industry is a strong advantage.
