The Manager Operations Manager ensures proper planning and execution of promotions across the Casino and complex, working with relevant stakeholders to obtain support and proper resourcing to ensure the success of each promotion.
The role ensures a fun atmosphere and experience are achieved on all promotions and that team members and guests have exceptional experiences. Successful candidate must be ready to face the guests and will be required to work on key promotional dates and times which may run over the weekends and at night.
