We're on the lookout for a visionary Product Owner to lead the charge in transforming our hospitality technology landscape. This is a high-impact role where you'll oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to delivery, ensuring our technology solutions elevate the guest experience to world-class standards.

You'll be instrumental in shaping the Group Technology product roadmap, driving innovation, and delivering seamless, intuitive applications that support our hospitality operations. You will be responsible for:

• Manage a team of experienced solution specialists, providing mentorship, strategic direction, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain product and functionality roadmaps across the Group Technology portfolio, aligning with business goals and guest experience priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, set clear acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects, features, and enhancements.
• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to complex business challenges across our hospitality functions.
• Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team.

You're a passionate and strategic Product Owner with a deep understanding of hospitality operations and a knack for translating business needs into impactful technology solutions.
