The Senior Product Owner is responsible for delivery excellence in turning strategy into a prioritized backlog of features and stories, with clear line-of-sight into systems analysis. The primary goal is to deliver high value product increments that achieve measurable business outcomes, supported by clear systems-analysis insight. This role will focus on understanding the business, story refinement, backlog ownership, sprint readiness, acceptance criteria, UAT coordination, and outcome-focused prioritization. Within the SDLC, this role leads sprint/PI planning and ensures backlog readiness, validates stories, and drives delivery through the full SDLC to deployment. This position owns all delivery, acceptance, sign-off, and approval decisions, including final approval of any functionality delivered by the team.
This role is preferred hybrid in our Glastonbury, CT, or Eatontown, NJ. That said, it can also be remote.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $87,000 to a maximum of $140,000. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
