Position Summary:

This is a paid internship within the Marketing team, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for a Marketing Intern to help bring our brand to life across in-store signage, digital ads, social media, and more. You'll gain practical experience working in a high-energy setting while helping shape the next chapter of a legacy brand with a rich heritage.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support social media content creation and community management
  • Help coordinate promotions, events, and in-store marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely w/ cross functional teams including teams including advertising, design, operations, and merchandising
  • Stay current with marketing and cultural trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Flex and contribute to requests driven by evolving business priorities, demonstrating a team player mindset and collaborative approach

Working Relationships:

Collaborate closely with growth, digital, brand, PR, communications, merchandising, FP&A, fuel, store operations, and other support divisions.

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications

  • Passion for brand building, marketing strategy, and retail customer experience

Travel: Ability to travel independently 0-10%.

Hours & Conditions: Monday – Friday 8 hour day in office setting

Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Consistent with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we're sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Base pay represents just one part of our total rewards approach. Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour (based on academic year and experience).

  • Sophomore: $20.00/hour
  • Junior: $21.25/hour
  • Senior: $22.50/hour
