Job Description

Job Summary: Visa Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead the Digital Enablement Infrastructure for the CARCAM (Central America and Caribbean) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, and executing Visa's digital agenda with a focus on enhancing core capabilities and implementing superior payment experiences across the region. This role requires a strategic mindset, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital payment technologies and infrastructure. The Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of digital initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in payment experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Execution: - Develop and execute a comprehensive digital enablement strategy for the CARCAM region, aligned with Visa global digital agenda.
  • Infrastructure Planning and Management: - Plan, design, and manage the implementation of digital payment infrastructure projects.
  • Project Management: - Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of digital enablement projects from inception to completion.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: - Engage and work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, technology, marketing, and operations teams, to drive the digital agenda.
  • Enhancing Payment Experiences: - Focus on improving the end-to-end payment experience for consumers and merchants in the CARCAM region.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital enablement initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD - Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital payments, infrastructure management, or project management within the financial services industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects. - Strong understanding of digital payment technologies, trends, and best practices. - Excellent project management skills, with experience in developing and executing detailed project plans. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Fluent in English and Spanish.
