Visa is seeking a Senior Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Alignment to lead strategic projects related to how the B2B & Product Marketing organization supports go-to-market efforts – from strategic planning to sales content strategy – ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product to maximize impact and efficiency.
As a member of the Global B2B Center of Excellence (COE), you will help define the strategy, vision and tools for how B2B & Product Marketing supports Visa's go-to-market strategy. By documenting and creating GTM planning frameworks, playbooks and best practices, you will help ensure the B2B & Product Marketing team is providing best-in-class support across Visa's go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and cross-functional with a keen eye for process improvement and the ability to collaborate across teams to scale our B2B marketing capabilities.
This global role partners closely with Global Product Marketing, Regional B2B Marketing, Global Steer Co, Product and Sales teams throughout the organization. It reports directly into the Director, Go-to-Market Alignment, Global B2B Center of Excellence (COE).

Basic Qualifications 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications
