The Design Program Lead is responsible for guiding the overall direction, governance, and operational performance of a multi vendor architectural and engineering (A&E) delivery program. This role establishes a disciplined, collaborative operating environment across internal teams, external vendor partners, and related service lines. The Design Program Lead ensures that the program operates with clarity, consistency, and transparency, serving as a neutral facilitator who ensures alignment to standards, data driven decision making, and predictable delivery outcomes. The role oversees partner performance, fosters proactive communication, and resolves issues before escalation—transforming a traditionally fragmented ecosystem into a cohesive, well governed program.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $127,500.00 - $150,000.00.
