Production Designer

The Production Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the America's Production Design Team through the creation of production design deliverables. The role will report directly to a Manila-based Production Design Supervisor and will utilize branded templates to create, manage, and edit high-quality production design materials in support of new and existing business opportunities. A successful candidate has a knowledge of marketing design and production processes and demonstrates a proven track record of delivering high-quality deliverables to various requestors.

About the Role:

• Produce template-based design deliverables (e.g., proposals, presentations, flyers, brochures) aligned with brand standards.
• Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe InDesign to execute requests accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to clarify task requirements, expectations, and deadlines.
• Proactively develop skills using available resources and seek opportunities for growth.
• Identify and escalate team improvement opportunities and contribute to solution development.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or relevant, with strong creative and production skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with email marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
