Seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our flourishing design and project management team with exciting projects for major multinational clients across Italy.

The Project & Development Services department at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading real estate consultancy firm, is seeking an architect/interior designer to develop creative solutions and projects for office spaces.

The ideal candidate must hold a degree in architecture and have at least 8 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance
• Collaborate effectively with other team members
• Proficiency in using major technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, power point, 3d software)
• Develop functional and efficient design solutions
• Present concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Knowledge of materials commonly used in office fit-outs (flooring, wall coverings, partitions, etc.)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and innovative thinking
• Strong personality, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
