Hi, my name is Matt Pahnke, VP Product Marketing at Customer.io, and I'm looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape how the world understands and adopts our platform.
Our PMM team of six is embedded across EPD squads, working closely with product, engineering, sales enablement, and demand gen to bring features to market and drive meaningful adoption. We haven't hired a PMM in over two years — strong retention is a great sign — but we're growing and this is a real opportunity to make your mark. You'll build deep product expertise, own go-to-market strategy for key areas, and become a genuine voice inside our product development process — not just a seat at the table.
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $135k–$176k USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
