As a Senior Manager of Store Brand Product Sourcing, you will lead the end-to-end supplier selection and sourcing strategy for CVS Store Brand healthcare items. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing supplier base, driving strategic negotiations, and delivering incremental profit through optimized sourcing decisions. You will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Category Management, Finance, Inventory, Legal, and manufacturing partners, to ensure reliable supply, competitive cost structures, and long-term value creation.
In this role, you will shape tailored sourcing strategies, assess market dynamics, cultivate strong supplier relationships, and guide executive decision-making through data-driven insights and presentations. As part of the IQ Purchasing team and reporting directly to the Director of IQ Purchasing, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sourcing capabilities, strengthening supplier partnerships, and advancing the overall performance of the Store Brands healthcare portfolio.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
