As a Senior Product Manager within the Patient Experience and Service Operations domain, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of technical teams developing products that will engage and delight Oak Street patients. Through partnership with senior business and engineering leaders, you will oversee the planning and execution of all initiatives within your technical team or suite of teams while serving as a key leader within our organization. The ideal candidate combines deep domain and industry expertise with experience delivering consumer-grade products.
