Graphic Designer (Fully Remote)

This is a remote position. Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotechnology, is looking for a Graphic Designer (Fully Remote). The role focuses on formatting, updating, and managing technical documents using Adobe InDesign and structured templates.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate: $32 - $35/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update interpretation guides and product documentation using Adobe InDesign.
• Format and revise documents based on feedback from regulatory, quality, and project teams.
• Ensure documents follow corporate templates and regulatory requirements.
• Review documents for accuracy, formatting consistency, and completeness.
• Manage multiple document updates under tight deadlines.
• Support method sheet preparation using Microsoft Word templates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Technical Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years in graphic design or technical documentation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with structured templates and large document formatting.

Preferred:

• Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation, version control, and cross-functional workflows.
