Brand Designer
We're looking for a Brand Designer to help craft signature moments that spark advocacy, loyalty, and delight. You'll shape interactive and celebratory experiences across product, email, and social—bringing the Deel brand to life in ways that feel memorable, playful, and shareable. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and growth design, turning ideas into polished experiences that customers love.
What you'll do:
- Concept and design branded experiences that celebrate user achievements and milestones.
- Create engaging, shareable design systems across web, app, and social surfaces.
- Elevate in-product and lifecycle touchpoints to feel playful, polished, and on-brand.
- Explore new ways to visualize customer impact and value through design.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to bring ideas to market.
- Ensure all work is scalable, accessible, and globally resonant.

- High engagement with branded experiences and interactive moments. Measurable improvements in customer delight across key product and email surfaces.
- Increased social sharing and advocacy driven by design-led experiences.
- Stronger perception of Deel's value among customers through storytelling and visualization.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or product design.
- A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in digital brand systems, storytelling, and interactive design.
- Strong visual and motion design skills with mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, and Generative AI toolsets; familiarity with motion/prototyping tools is a plus. Experience designing across product, email, and social channels.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with engineering to bring concepts to life.
- Strong eye for detail, accessibility, and localization in global contexts.
How you'll work:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to move from concept → design → launch.
- Build flexible, reusable assets that can scale across surfaces.
Balance creativity with measurability—testing, iterating, and refining based on results.
