We are on the lookout for an Analyst, Product Operations to join the Logistics Product Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. In our Logistics Team, you'll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Your stakeholders span Global and Regional teams, making this position a pivotal touchpoint between Business and Product, crucial to our success.
Owning product performance: You will own relevant business KPIs and product performance globally. You will be part of the product strategy formulation for the team.
Optimise experimentation & roll-outs: You will own the rollout out and experimentation on the Order Tracking Page components built by the team which are aimed at improving our users' experience, business performance and operational efficiency
Stakeholder Management: You will conduct in-depth analysis to provide management and product teams with insights for key business decisions. You will share your vision, progress, and wins with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization, and across our diverse international brands.
Data-led improvements: You proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner
Be the expert: you will become the champion and go-to expert for all things order tracking, driving innovation and excellence across all Delivery Hero brands in this crucial area.
