In our Commercial team, we are the architects of efficiency. Following our recent integration of foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti, we are building a powerhouse that serves 16 markets across Europe and Asia. We are looking for a Growth Strategy Manager for SMB who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to turn strategy into reality. You will be the driving force behind our Longtail operating model. This isn't just about checking boxes; it's about ensuring change "sticks" across our global hubs and BPO partners.

• Lead the Change: Own the rollout of new segmentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflows across diverse international markets.

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Drive Adoption: You don't just launch and leave. You champion training and change management to ensure our teams embrace new ways of working.

• Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and ensure we maintain a "Hero" standard of execution consistency.

• Impact at Scale: Directly influence our success metrics, from on-time rollouts to reducing execution variance across the globe.
