We are looking for a Product Director to lead and build the global incentive engine of Delivery Hero. Your mission will be to create a global product that allows 7 entities (+70 countries) to launch, manage, and optimize incentive campaigns more intelligently, quickly, and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Define the Global Vision: Be the owner of the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Global Incentive Service, balancing the local needs of 7 entities (LATAM, Europe, MENA, Asia) with a scalable platform vision.

Leadership of High-Level Stakeholders: Negotiate and align priorities with different global entities and services, managing expectations and communicating the impact of your decisions.

Build to Scale: Design and execute a product that solves local complexities (legal, market, currency) but remains as a robust and efficient global service.

Business Impact: Define and monitor global product KPIs, making strategic decisions to optimize incentive investment and maximize growth.

Evangelize and Lead a Product Culture: Promote a culture of constant experimentation and data-driven decision-making, taking good practices from one entity to another to raise the level of the entire group.

High-Level Execution: Lead backlog prioritization, work closely with Engineering and Data to ensure technical feasibility, and provide constant visibility on the status and results of your initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in Product Leadership: Solid experience in leadership roles (Director, Head of Product, Group PM), managing multidisciplinary teams.

Experience in Global Platforms: Proven experience in building platform products, B2B or large-scale services, ideally in a multicultural environment.

Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders, negotiate roadmaps, and align multiple teams with different visions.

Strategic and Business Vision: Strong P&L mindset and ability to translate business needs into a coherent product vision.

Drive and Dynamism: High energy to move complex projects in a large and fast-paced organization.

Languages: Fluent English. It is the daily working language with all entities.
