Job Description

Analytical profile with strong technical skills to lead the development of dashboards, data analysis, and operational integrations across LATAM. This role will work transversally with Product, Technology, Operations teams, being key to ensure data quality, operational visibility, and process automation.

• Construction and maintenance of dashboards in Looker, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ad-hoc and recurring data analysis to identify opportunities and operational deviations.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of data between different sources.
• Translate business needs into actionable datasets, reports, and visualizations.
• Provide support in integrations via API or SFTP with external partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams in incident resolution and integration improvements.
• Monitor data flows and identify faults or inconsistencies.
• Document technical processes and participate in the technical onboarding of new partners.
• Accompany functional and operational tests, ensuring the correct execution of flows and tasks in stores.
• Identify opportunities for automation in reports and manual tasks.
• Implement simple scripts (Python, Apps Script or others) to optimize processes.
• Collaborate in the design of new internal tools together with Product/Tech.

Qualifications

• +1 year of experience in data analyst roles and/or technical positions.
• Advanced mastery of SQL.
• Handling of visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Analytical profile oriented to problem solving.
• Communication skills to translate technical topics into clear actions.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge in Python, R or scripting tools for automation and integration flows via API, SFTP will be a plus.
