Develop and execute the short-term and long-term growth strategy for Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar Cluster
Set-up, manage, and monitor day-to-day performance of demand generation activities
Stay up-to-date and evaluate on all changes impacting demand growth (including external factors & competitions' movement study + competition strategy), to promptly manoeuvre business towards continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Commercial, Products & other departments to drive growth related projects as key project owner
Conceptualizes, directs and oversees the execution of demand generation strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and transaction frequency
Leverages on data analytics and present deep dive and insights for management review and decision making
Establishes accurate program and project tracking approaches by correctly defining the success metrics, interpret results and propose recommendation for improvement
Creates good proof of concepts for any innovation projects, subsequently demonstrate its feasibility and perform cost-benefit evaluation
Strategizes and develops effective and consistent communications on key messages to stakeholders (including senior leaderships)
Collects, analyses and interprets relevant information to define and properly seize opportunity for any new innovative idea
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business or Marketing or related.
Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
