We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Specialist, Product Operations to join us on our journey in delivering amazing experiences.

At Delivery Hero, you'll shape the global consumer experience for millions of users. Your work will have a direct impact on how we attract and retain customers, creating data-driven, personalized interactions that keep them coming back. As part of our Consumer Team, you'll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects.

The team is currently building Search, Recommendation, and Intent Collection systems to power our brands like Foodpanda, Glovo, Pedidos Ya, Talabat - serving millions of requests every day. The systems we build are critical for our online marketplaces with high availability and performance requirements and drive meaningful commercial value. They require crafting control loops through data, machine learning, and online serving systems to serve millions of consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a primary product point of contact for feature request collection and product development updates. Ensure strong collaboration and communication between the brands around the globe and the Global Discovery teams
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis and share insights/recommendations with product managers and stakeholders to ensure state-of-the-art product solutions for our customers
  • Support the development of product roadmap in collaboration with product managers by working with product, design, analytics, tech and business stakeholders
  • Analyse data and internal feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development
  • Monitor and facilitate implementation and integration projects involving multiple squads
  • Develop and improve processes (e.g. bug reporting) to accelerate product development and improve customer experience
  • Develop & use product insights to influence stakeholders to ensure the best usage of our products across all markets
  • Optimize product feature rollouts for high-impact solutions that speed up time-to-market and time-to-value
  • Support the creation of product marketing material for key features launched

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience working in web and mobile consumer products as a product/tech specialist, preferably in an e-commerce company
  • A passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in products
  • A passion for building a great product & being successful with that product in the market
  • Good understanding of software development processes and related tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Good analytical skills to size the product opportunities, including SQL/BigQuery or a strong desire to learn.
  • Highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills, very pragmatic and agile in handling and leading topics independently
  • Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment being able to have an impact and influence early on
  • Great communicator with excellent English language skills, able to get ideas across effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders and peer
  • Experience in Search & Discovery is a plus
