We have an opportunity for you. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Wallet within the Fintech team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional expansion of the Wallet, defining strategy, requirements, and roadmap for new countries.
• Search, evaluate, and select external providers to enable regional operations, defining technical, cost, regulatory, and integration criteria.
• Define and launch new products and functionalities end-to-end, from discovery to go-live, ensuring quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (UX, Technology, Data, Operations, Compliance, Legal).
• Analyze user metrics and behaviors, proposing improvements with measurable impact on adoption, retention, primary use, and transactional use.
• Build clear strategy documents and functional specifications, including PRDs, vendor analysis, and regulatory assessments.
• Manage multiple stakeholders by aligning expectations and adjusting priorities.
• Report to leadership on impact, progress, key metrics, and strategic decisions.

Additional Information:

• More than 4 years of experience in Product Management in fintech (exclusive). Experience in Digital Account/Wallet is desirable but not exclusive.
• Proven experience in launching products end-to-end.
• Experience working with multiple countries/regional environments or with external providers.
• Analytical profile, oriented to data and metrics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Very good command of English, oral and written.
• Ability to navigate regulatory contexts, complex technical dependencies, and operational risks.
