Description of the Job

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Top Brands Food accounts (Restaurant and Coffee)
• Manage the investment budget to maximize its efficiency and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Understand consumption deviations vs projection and generate learnings in each case.
• Participate in the creation of national campaign briefs.
• Download the brief and the incentive strategy to the sales teams.
• Build, follow up, and close the campaign adherence drive.
• Coordinate the adherence to marketing campaigns, both discount and occasion-based, analyzing performance KPIs (users, frequency, incrementality, etc.)
• Identify growth opportunities by city, tier, time, and/or cuisine.
• Build reports and presentations to show the performance of Food campaigns.
• Active participation in meetings with sales to identify actionable items, address issues and doubts, and present results from the area.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis positions.
• Proactive and autonomous profile, strong orientation towards information analysis.
• Great management and organizational capacity. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet the requested deadlines.
• Effective communication skills (both oral and written), ability to explain and present the results of the work clearly and concisely.
• Analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Experience with visualization tools (Data Studio, Power BI, others).
• Intermediate level of English.
