We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to support our EMEA team in our Hoofddorp office. This role is responsible for the tactical execution and coordination of a wide range of marketing activities, focusing on strategy and content creation, event planning, digital communications, and essential operational support for the marketing department in a B2B setting.

  • Create and maintain product and application marketing content
  • Support new product launches
  • Keep content aligned with product updates and market feedback
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Build actionable market insights (industries, applications, segments, TAM)
  • Collect field insights from sales, trade fairs, and customers
  • Translate insights into actions for sales and product teams
  • Execute B2B channels and campaigns
  • Collaborate with product managers and FAEs to accelerate time-to-market

At least 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing

Experience in manufacturing / industrial / technical products

Strong hands-on mindset — willing to execute personally

Experience with marketing research and market analysis

Comfortable working in sales-driven organizations

Ability to translate technical content into business value

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)

Experience in HVAC, electronics, thermal, automation, data center, or similar industries is a plus
