Digital Marketing Strategy Manager Latam

Responsible for planning and executing the digital marketing strategy for Dentsply Sirona in the Spanish-speaking markets of Latin America, from top of the funnel to qualified lead. The professional manages the organic social media channels of the region, follows the paid media campaign strategy in Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitors lead performance by business unit, and coordinates content production in Spanish. Acts as the digital marketing focal point for all countries in the region except Brazil, reporting directly to the leadership of Business Development. Main Responsibilities Funnel Strategy - Define and monitor the Latam digital marketing funnel from top (awareness) to delivery of MQLs to the sales team, by business unit. Editorial Calendar - Plan and review the regional content calendar, aligned with paid media campaigns and product priorities of each BU. Social Media Strategy in Brazil and interface with communication agencies. Paid Media - Follow the strategy of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for Latam markets, focusing on lead generation by BU, CPL optimization, and qualified handover to the sales team. Data Analysis - Consolidate and present monthly reports of social media performance with recommendations for adjustment by market and by BU. Channel Management - Administer the official DS profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for the Spanish-speaking markets of Latam and Brazil. Content Production: Write captions, short scripts, and story texts in Spanish with market adequacy. Campaigns - Plan and execute seasonal activations, product launches, and regional events such as dental congresses. Benchmarking - Monitor the performance of competitors and trends in dental content and media in the main Latam markets to support the regional strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of experience in Spanish-speaking markets of Latin America. Proven experience in social media management. Track record in B2B lead generation or in health brands is a plus. Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar). Analytics native to platforms (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics). Experience with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent). Lead nurturing automation (RD Station or similar). Management of KOLs and influencers.
