This individual will be responsible for the Restorative product, achieving maximization of revenue and profit through strategic planning and product lifecycle management.
Develop the short-term, medium-term, and long-term market and product strategies based on the Product Group strategies and CCO business objectives. Develop and execute marketing campaigns according to the market and product strategy. Identify and design the clinical treatment working flow and implement to end customers. Collect market intelligence through research and interview in close cooperation with commercial operations and internal force. Keep close watch on competitor's change and make rapidly response. Understand market trend, customer needs, competitor landscape and other insights through regular data analysis and assessments.
Deeply understand the product portfolio under his/her responsibility, assess market potential. Drive the new product registration and launch by leading a cross-functional task force consisting of Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Sales and Finance functions, maintain strong connection to the Product Group. Create and regularly update the positioning and pricing of the existing product portfolio after a thorough market analysis. Generate ideas and contents of the product related communication tools and work with the MarCom to create items aligning with the marketing and sales strategies. Develop the key communication messages for the products during key events, exhibitions and symposiums, coordinate with MarCom to create the specific themes during these events and exhibitions. Review inventory levels and notify customer service for any volume changes related to foreseeable marketing activities and promotions. Teamwork spirit for cooperating with internal force. Keep fluently and frequently communication.
Conduct internal TTT programs to transfer the new product/solution knowledge to Academy Professionals, Sales Specialists and other internal trainers. Create external training requirements based on the product strategies to pitch up to the Academy Professionals and work with them to create the contents of new training programs. Association/University Cooperation and KOL Management Establish and strengthen the cooperation relationship with Associations and top universities. Design and implement trial programs with key experts chosen from the Academy KOL pool and create speakers/supporters for new products & solutions. Regularly visits to key accounts and KOLs, collect first-hand feedback from them to align/adjust marketing strategies in response to market conditions and customer feedbacks.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Science or related majors. Master's degree a plus. Experience: Over 5 years experiences in product management in dental industry, medical device, pharmaceutical or related products. Digital dental background is a plus. COMPETENCIES: Teamwork spirit. Strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capability. Show strong initiative in work. Excellent written and oral English. Ability to build networks and rapport within China (cross-functional and among different departments) and internationally. Proactive.
