THE ROLE

At DEPT®, we are always on the lookout for new talent. Whether you're looking to kick start your career, or are a seasoned Visual Designer with mentoring/management experience, we would love to hear from you!

As a Visual Designer, you will be creating engaging designs that start conversations between people and brands. You'll work within a team of strategists, designers and copywriters to deliver impactful designs that fulfil client briefs and communicate DEPT®'s standard of Design.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of talented people.
• Create high-fidelity visual assets, including social media graphics, email templates, presentation decks, and website components.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all projects to ensure a consistent "look and feel."
• Support the creation of custom icons, illustrations, and UI elements that enhance the user experience.
• Build polished presentations in Figma/Google Docs and deliver precise, developer-ready asset kits and documentation.

WHAT YOU BRING

• We're open to see all different levels of experience.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of visual design, digital, interactive, brand design, and typography.
• Ability to build high-quality presentations and confidently articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• A great teammate that supports their colleagues and doesn't act as an individual.
• Has a desire to embrace new skills and challenges.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

• You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
