Job Description
As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) for Google Distributed Cloud Air-gapped (Hosted Cloud by T-Systems), you are the primary contact person within the organizational unit for product management, product development, market launch, product support and life cycle management for the products and product features supported. In particular, your tasks will include the initial setup, further development and maintenance of our Google Distributed Cloud Air-gapped along the Offering Lifecycle Management Process and taking end-to-end responsibility for your product in close coordination with our partner Google.
This includes in detail:
- Planning of individual product features according to strategic specifications and translation of business requirements into detailed technical and procedural requirements.
- Management and collaboration in development/implementation projects, including technical management of the architecture, engineering and operations units involved along the Offering Lifecycle Management Process.
- Constantly evolve our product and think strategically beyond the daily business.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the teams.
- Leading discussions with cross-functional teams on complex business and technical subjects.
- Close cooperation with other units involved, such as Finance, Security and Group Data Protection, and ensuring compliance with the relevant requirements (e.g. definition of technical and organizational measures to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation).
- Close cooperation with account management and sales to develop and advise on customized customer offers.
- Analyzing customer needs and identifying solutions to optimize offers.
- Creating attractive, individual offers that are tailored to the specific requirements and wishes of customers.
- Supporting the sales team in the presentation of offers and actively participating in sales meetings.
- Defining the provisioning and billing processes and implementing these in the OSS/BSS systems to ensure automated provisioning and billing.
- Close cooperation with the product management and partner management of the manufacturer Google as well as discussion at the deepest technical level.
- Participation in the creation of sales documents, as well as training of Business Enablement and Customer Delivery Manager / Customer Success Manager for newly developed offerings, features and support of these units with sometimes highly technical customer inquiries.
