Description of the Position

As a Generative AI Product Owner, you will be at the heart of innovation, responsible for defining and leading the creation of products based on generative artificial intelligence. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders, from ideation to deployment, adopting a user-centered approach and Agile/Lean Startup methodologies to maximize value and impact.

Your missions:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Definition of the Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for the generative AI products, aligning with the company's overall strategy and market needs.

• Identification of Opportunities: Analyze generative AI trends and customer feedback to identify high-potential use cases and new features.

• Product Roadmap: Build and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and features based on their business value and technical feasibility.

Backlog Management & Specifications

• Backlog Management: Lead the product backlog by writing clear, detailed, and actionable user stories, including acceptance criteria and success indicators.

• Prioritization: Arbitrate priorities with stakeholders and the development team to ensure continuous delivery of value.

• Functional Specifications: Translate user needs into precise functional specifications, considering the capabilities and constraints of generative AI models (LLM, RAG, etc.).

Collaboration & Execution

• Development Team Interface: Serve as the main contact for the development team, clarifying requirements and resolving blockers to ensure smooth sprint progress.

• Validation and Acceptance: Actively participate in testing and validation phases of developed features, ensuring their compliance with the product vision and user expectations.

• Launch and Monitoring: Prepare the launch of new features, accompany their deployment, and monitor their performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).

AI Watch & Expertise

• Technological Watch: Maintain constant vigilance on advancements in generative AI, new models, tools, and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) to integrate relevant innovations.

• Business Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the application domains of generative AI and their potential impacts on users and business.

• Communication and Awareness: Popularize complex concepts of generative AI among non-technical teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of innovation based on AI.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with significant experience on products integrating Artificial Intelligence, specifically Generative AI. Familiarity with key concepts of Generative AI (LLM, RAG, Fine-tuning) and their business applications. Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex). Ability to interact with technical teams and understand development issues related to AI. Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to prioritize and make decisions, analytical and results-oriented mindset, curiosity for new technologies and innovation, and a keen sense of User Experience (UX).

Fluency in French and English.
