Data Product Manager
Devoteam Data Driven is the data specialist team of the Devoteam Group. Present in 8 countries, we have more than 1000 EMEA employees including 300 in France. Our ambition is to accompany organizations that have decided to place data at the heart of their strategy, helping them to transform the value of their data into sustainable success.
As a Data Product Manager, you will be in charge of the strategy of a Data Product or a portfolio, your main objective will be to maximize its value.
In the scope of your missions, you will be required to:
- Define the global strategy and roadmap for the products you will be in charge of, in line with the business directions involved
- Ensure the adherence of all the business directions involved and anticipate their needs. In this sense, it may be necessary to provide strong data acculturation around the managed products, and to ensure capitalization.
- Define the product roadmap by determining and prioritizing the features with the business directions.
- Be the guarantor of the value delivered, you will have to be able to set the conditions for the success or the stop of the product development.
- Analyze the technical performances and ensure the continuous progression of the products
Your skills:
- You have a very good data culture and are adept at writing SQL queries with ideally first experience in a technical context related to Databricks, Dataiku, on issues around AI or the public cloud (AWS, Azure, Amazon)
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the development of a data product from start to finish
- You can understand business expectations and link them to the company's strategy
- You have a very good relationship and are able to take a step back on the issues addressed
- You have good communication skills, are autonomous and have strong leadership
