Lead Product Owner / Product Manager - Banque & Assurance - H/F

Devoteam Creative Tech is the specialized team in the design of high-value digital products and services. Our goal is to simplify the daily lives of users and generate tangible value for our large clients in various sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury, and retail). We are 1,100 creative technologists, 800 experts in France, distributed in 5 tribes of expertise.

In the Product & Project Management tribe, our mission is to understand business and technological issues, and to cultivate the product culture for our large clients. In practice, we aim to design, implement, and continuously promote digital products and services that have an impact on their core business activities. Our community, in numbers:

Job Description

As a Lead Product Owner, you are responsible for the completion of the project or the conception of the product/service. You work on the digital transformation of large CAC 40 groups, on subscription journey or credit granting application issues.

In this role, you work on:

• The creation of new products (positioning, benchmarking best practices,...);
• The definition of the product vision, roadmap/performance indicators (OKRs);
• The identification of user needs, being the guarantor of the discovery phase, which allows to identify business issues, IT constraints, pain points and to deepen research on user needs;
• The launch of the product team on the right topics by establishing the methodology to organize the work of tech, product, and business teams;
• The prioritization of functionalities to develop according to their value added for the company and time constraints;
• The conception and writing of user stories to allow development and acceptance teams to better understand the deliverables to be produced on each sprint.

Qualifications

What are the necessary skills to join the team?

Holder of a bac+5 degree, you ideally have initial experience in product activities, customer journey, application design.

English: You can communicate and exchange in an international context.

Having good knowledge in the sector of insurance, retail and investment banking or in issues related to digital journeys and user experience, is desirable.

And having excellent interpersonal skills.

You have a strong sense of the quality of service you deliver and like to work in teams. You are used to working in international environments.

Our process is as follows:

- Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English and validate your motivation

- Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert

- Leadership Interview: it allows to evaluate your potential, your ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one interview in person. A reference check is required and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
