Devoteam Creative Tech is the team specialized in the conception of digital products and services that are efficient, sustainable, and have high added value. Our objective is to simplify the daily lives of users and generate tangible value for our large account clients, in different sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury and retail). We are 1,100 creative technologists, with 800 experts in France, distributed in 5 tribes of expertise.
In the Product & Project Management tribe, our mission is to understand business and technological issues, and to cultivate the product culture at our large account clients. In practice, we aim to design, implement, and continuously promote digital products and services that have an impact on their core business activities. Our community, in numbers:
As a Lead Product Owner, you are responsible for the completion of the project or the conception of the product/service. You intervene in the digital transformation of large CAC 40 groups, on issues related to subscription processes or credit granting applications.

What are the necessary skills to join the team?
Holder of a bac+5 degree, you ideally have first experience in product activities, customer journeys, and application design.
English: You can communicate and exchange in an international context.
Having good knowledge in the sector of insurance, retail and investment banking or in issues related to digital journeys and user experience, is appreciable.
And having an excellent relationship management.
You have a strong sense of the quality of service you deliver and like to work in a team. You are used to evolving in international environments.
Our process is as follows:
- Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, your level of English and validate your motivation
- Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert
- Leadership Interview: It allows to evaluate your potential, your ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.
We prioritize at least one interview in person. A reference is required and, according to your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
