Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) to strengthen our marketing team. In this role, you will mainly focus on projects and campaigns tailored for the German market. This position is for now a temporary parental leave replacement for one year.

Your role:

• As a Marketing Specialist (w/m/d) you are responsible for the development, planning, and execution of successful marketing campaigns. You think very strongly target-oriented
• You are responsible for the cross-channel management of marketing campaigns and ensure their efficient implementation
• You also coordinate with internal departments and external interfaces (agencies and partners)
• You prepare the performance metrics of the campaigns and derive optimization potentials for future advertising measures from them
• Together with the marketing team, you manage the company website and social media channels
• You organize internal and external events

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or a completed training with a focus on (online) marketing or communication
• At least 3 years of experience in a position as Marketing Manager or in a similar role
• Conceptual skills and creativity
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Quick understanding, analytical thinking, and high implementation skills
• Experience in the field of social media management, marketing automation (preferably Hubspot and Salesforce or similar)
• Expertise in the use of WordPress (or similar content management systems)
• You are a team player with a responsible and results-oriented working method
• New topics are motivation for you
• Very good German and English skills
• A strong interest in new technologies and IT experience are desirable
• Location preferably Munich
