Job Description

As a Product Designer specialized in Design System, you will be the central pillar of the design and management of the design system at our international client.

You will work closely with design teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the coherence, efficiency, and scalability of our digital products. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and evolve the Design System: Develop, document, and maintain the Design System to ensure it is aligned with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with teams: Work hand in hand with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and product teams to ensure the perfect integration of the Design System into projects.
• Drive innovation: Identify trends and best practices to continuously improve the Design System and maintain our leading position in digital design.
• Evangelize the Design System: Train and support internal and external teams to ensure a consistent and effective use of the Design System.

Qualifications

• You have solid experience (5 years minimum) in UX/UI Design, Product Design, and master the entire design cycle with a specialization in the management of Design Systems.
• You have a fluent English (C1 level minimum expected).
• You master Figma and have an excellent understanding of front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to convince and rally around your ideas.
• You are rigorous, creative, and have a strong orientation towards details while maintaining a big-picture view.

How does the recruitment process at Devoteam proceed?

It comprises 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation.
• Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs in an exchange with a business expert.
• Leadership Interview: It allows us to evaluate your potential, your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one in-person interview. A reference check is required, and depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be addressed to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
