Job Description

As a Product Designer specialized in Design System, you will be the central pillar of the design and management of the design system at our international client.

You will work closely with the design, development, and stakeholder teams to ensure the coherence, efficiency, and scalability of our digital products. Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and evolve the Design System: Develop, document, and maintain the Design System to be aligned with user needs and company objectives.

• Collaborate with teams: Work hand in hand with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and product teams to ensure perfect integration of the Design System into projects.

• Drive innovation: Identify trends and best practices to continuously improve the Design System and maintain our position as a leader in digital design.

• Evangelize the Design System: Train and support internal and external teams to ensure a consistent and effective use of the Design System.

Qualifications

• You have solid experience (5 years minimum) in UX/UI Design, Product Design and master the entire design cycle, with a specialization in managing Design Systems.

• You have a fluent English (C1 level minimum expected).

• You master Figma and have an excellent understanding of front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to convince and rally around your ideas.

• You are rigorous, creative, and have a strong orientation towards details while maintaining a big-picture view.

How does the recruitment process at Devoteam proceed?

It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

- Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation elements.

- Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs in an exchange with a business expert.

- Leadership Interview: It allows evaluating your potential, your ambitions, and considering your evolution within Devoteam.

We prefer at least one in-person interview. A reference check is required and, according to your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be addressed to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
